1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the hbaij platform and all its services. hbaij is an online casino and sports betting platform that provides digital entertainment services for users in Bangladesh.

In this document, "Platform" refers to hbaij's website, mobile version, and all associated services. "User" or "you" refers to any person who accesses or uses this platform. "We" or "hbaij" refers to the entity operating the platform.

These Terms may be available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final. hbaij reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes shall be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To create an account on the hbaij platform and use any of its services, users must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must confirm that you are of sound mind and are using the platform voluntarily.
• Online gaming services of this kind must not be legally prohibited in the country or region where you reside.
• Must be operating the account in your own name and with your own funds.
• Must not have had any previous account on hbaij closed or suspended.

If a person creates an account using false information and it is later proven that they were under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

When creating an account on hbaij, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual may operate only one account.

3.1 Account Creation Rules

• Creating or operating more than one account per person is strictly prohibited.
• The name, address, and ID information provided during account creation must be truthful.
• If any personal details change, hbaij must be notified immediately.
• Keeping login credentials (username and password) secure is the user's own responsibility.

3.2 Account Verification

hbaij may at any time request identity documents, proof of age, or other relevant documents to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. Refusal to provide the required documents may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please notify our support team immediately. hbaij is not responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Financial transactions on the hbaij platform are fully safe and secure. We support the popular payment methods available in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Users must use a payment method registered in their own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.
• The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if account verification has not been completed.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts to prevent money laundering.

4.3 Transaction Limits & Policy

hbaij reserves the right to investigate suspicious or unusual transactions. If evidence of any fraud or fraudulent activity is found, the relevant account will be immediately closed and law enforcement will be notified if necessary.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

hbaij offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions that must be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may claim each offer only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• If a bonus is cancelled before the wagering requirements are met, any associated winnings will also be cancelled.
• hbaij reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

5.4 VIP Program

hbaij's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.3%), Gold (up to 0.5%), Platinum (up to 0.6%), and Diamond (up to 0.8%). Advancement to a higher tier depends on the user's overall activity. hbaij reserves the right to change or revoke any user's VIP status.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on the hbaij platform are conducted fairly and transparently. The individual rules of the game providers also apply.

6.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. hbaij does not alter or influence the outcome of any game. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, the applicable rules will be followed to resolve it.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows bets to be placed on various sports. Bet outcomes will be determined in accordance with the official results of the relevant sporting authority. No bets placed after the betting market has closed will be accepted.

6.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical issue or system error, hbaij reserves the right to suspend the payout on the relevant bet or game pending investigation. Winnings obtained as a result of an obvious pricing error may be voided.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbaij platform:

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Creating an account using a false identity or in another person's name.
• Using unfair methods to exploit the bonus system.
• Using hacking, viruses, or any other harmful software.
• Using automated betting software or bots.
• Colluding with other users in an attempt to harm the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or mistreating other users or staff.
• Claiming withdrawals or bonuses by providing false information.

If evidence of any of the above prohibited conduct is found, the relevant account will be immediately closed, all balances may be forfeited, and law enforcement will be notified if necessary.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

hbaij places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

Users' personal information is not sold or transferred to any third party, however information may be shared in the following circumstances:

• To the relevant authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so.
• To trusted payment partners in order to process payments.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension or Closure by hbaij

hbaij reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete account verification.
• Account inactive for an extended period.

9.2 Closure by the User

Any user may voluntarily close their account. To do so, please contact our support team. Before closing an account, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any available balance must be withdrawn.

10 Limitation of Liability

The hbaij platform is provided on an "as is" basis. hbaij is not responsible for the following:

• Any disruption or loss caused by internet connection issues.
• Any loss caused by problems with the user's own device.
• Disruption or issues with third-party payment services.
• Potential financial loss resulting from gaming — there is always a risk of losing money when gambling.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized account access (where caused by the user's own negligence).

11 Responsible Gaming
